Departure by boat and with multilingual guide from Alilaguna Pier. You will start with the visit of Murano island built as Venice itself on a series of small islands connected by bridges, since 1291 it is the centre of glass making. Tour includes entrance in a glass blowing factory. Burano, the most picturesque island of the lagoon, characteristic for its coloured houses and the central church with leaning campanile. The central Baldassarre Galuppi street is the heart of the island full of shops selling the famous hand made laces. Torcello, in the V and VI centuries it was full of palaces and churches and had a population of more than 20.000 inhabitants. Now are still remaining only a few buildings, the church of Santa Fosca with its suggestive portico and the precious Byzantine Cathedral built in 1008 but keeping decorations of the first church of VII century.
