Palazzo Grassi: contemporary art sequences
At Palazzo Grassi, François Pinault
inaugurated, last month, the
first of a sequence of expositions
dedicated to the strong points of
his contemporary art collection,
placing on display works of sixteen
artists who have expressed their
talent in painting and sculpture,
following personal paths of reflection
and approach to techniques
and materials.
The polyhedric facets of contemporary
art, perceived through a
constant conceptual and technical
revision of traditional creative genres.
Among the painters there are artists of great talent such as Martial Raysse, Laura Owens, Marlene Dumas, Takashi Murakami and Richard Prince; among those who practice sculpture- painting, Urs Fischer and Anselm Reyle.

The largest rock festival says bye-bye to Imola, transfering, literally, to the Lagoon, into that Parco San Giuliano which is a symbolic belt between water and land.
