Sant' Erasmo Regatta
On June the 2nd there is the Sant'Erasmo Regatta, the first regatta of the season reserved to women who will compete on slender and fast two rows mascarete and the first regatta for young who will compete on two rows pupparini.
The regatta will take place along the canals that cost the island and it will be visible form Sant'Erasmo. From Piazale Roma take linee 42 and 52 for Fondamente Nuove and from there line 13.
Programma
4.30 p.m. young on two rows pupparini
5.15 p.m. women on two rows mascarete
6 p.m. men on two rows pupparini

Every year from April to September, in Venice and on the lagoon, there are more than 120 regattas, in addition to the famous Historical Regatta.
Island of Sant'Erasmo
One of the largest islands in the lagoon. It is 4kms long, and between 500 and 900 metres wide. It is situated in a strategic part of the lagoon between the northern island of Murano, Burano and Torcello and the mainland of Punta Sabbioni, Treporti and Cavallino.
