Zaleto: a cake made with yellow flour, raisins and candies. Its origins date back to the 16th century, the apex of splendour of the Serenissima.
The Doge’s Cake: created for Andrea Gritti, the 68th Doge. It is made with flour, honey, raisins, almonds and rhum.
Baute: chocolate of different flavours in the shape of the Venetian masks (baute).
