Arrivando da Piazzale Roma (parcheggio auto): linee 1/51/61/82 ogni 5/10 minuti, con auto ferry-boat linea 17 ogni 50 minuti. Taxi acquei sempre disponibili. Se sei al Lido: dal vaporetto a piedi: lungo il Gran Viale S.M.Elisabetta, la prima strada a destra Via Lepanto poi la seconda a sinistra Via E.Dandolo. Dal Ferry-boat: in auto a destra lungo Riviera S.Nicolò, alla rotatoria imboccare Via S.Gallo, la terza a sinistra Via E.Dandolo, dopo il ponte.  

BY CAR: At the end of the bridge that leads to Venice there is a road sign which tells you "Tronchetto ferry-boat per il Lido".

The ferry leaves every 50 minutes and the trip takes 35 minutes. When driving off the ferry then right and continue along the waters edge.

After approx 500 meters or 3 minutes drive, then left on Via Corfù – you’ll see a church on the corner whe re you’ll nedd to turn - at the end of this street on the left is the Hotel.

FROM THE RAILWAY STATION : Every 10 minutes a boat gets to the Lido very quickly (in 35 minutes);

If you prefer a rather slower trip, the number 1 takes you along the fascinating Grand Canal route. Upon exiting the vaporetto cross the street and walk down the main avenue of the Lido called “ Gran Viale “.

The Hotel Le Boulevard is located on the left after walking only one block, the hotel is only 150 meters from the dock and will take approx 2 minutes to walk .

FROM THE MARCO POLO AIRPORT : A boat, in connection with the flights, takes 40 minutes. Upon exiting the vaporetto cross the street and walk down the main avenue of the Lido called “ Gran Viale “.

By Car: At the end of the Bridge that connects Venice with the mainland you’ll get a traffic light , turn here on your right and you’ll see arrows showing Ferry Boat To Lido (Pubblic Service number 17) Load your car on the ferry and you’ll reach the Lido in 35 mins. At the ferry boat dock in Lido, turn on the right and follow the lagoon for anly 100 mts, we are the white Villa just on your left. From the Train Station “ Santa Lucia”Every 10 mins leaves a vaporetto (waterbus) to reach the Lido. Lines 52,51 are the fastests : about 40 mins Lines 1 and 82 cross the “Canal Grande” : about 60 mins During the night: Line N every about40 mins After the water bus you have to take a regular bus, line A direction San Nicolo', or a taxi cabFrom “Marco Polo” Venice AirportThe “Alilaguna Company” public waterbus, is in charge for transfer from the airport to Lido. Walking distance approx 20 mins. We can provide pick up by motorboat from /to Villa Mabapa when requested. Fare: from airport to be quoted upon request. From Lido there is a water bus to San Marco (and viceversa) every 10 mins and it takes 8-10 mins to get there. After midnight every 35 mins circa.  

From the Airport:connecting to all flights a boat service takes 50 minutes to the Lido. Private water taxi go directly to the hotel. By car:at the end of the bridge leading to Venice there is ferry-boat that leaves every 50 minutes and arrives at the Lido in 35 minutes. From railways station:every 10 minutes a fast boat take you to the Lido in 35 minutes,or you can choose the hour-long scenic route along the Grand Canal.

By plane On arrival at Venice Marco Polo Airport you will find a shuttle bus outside the terminal building, which goes directly to the docks. From there you can take the Alilaguna boat to Lido. This takes approximately 50 minutes. If you prefer a faster journey, water taxis are available from the same stop. These take around 30 minutes. From Treviso Airport there is a bus service ATVO which takes you to Venice Piazzale Roma. You can then take the boat line number 51 (green coloured sign) or 61 from Piazzale Roma to the Lido, which takes 30 minutes. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- By car Come off the A4 motorway and follow the directions for Venice centre. You will come to the Venice causeway and from there follow the directions indicating Ferry Boat Lido. At the traffic lights turn right towards Tronchetto terminal and follow the signs to Ferry Boat Lido. From this terminal you can take the car ferry to the Lido, which takes about 35 minutes and passes in front of Saint Mark's Square. On arrival at Lido disembark and follow our map. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- By train Arriving by train you come into Santa Lucia Station in Venice. From there take boat line number 51 (green coloured sign) and get off at the Lido. This ride takes approximately 35 minutes. Alternatively you can take line number 1 (line N after midnight) which goes down the Grand Canal, this ride takes longer and lasts 50 minutes.

BY CAR: You exit the A4 Motorway and take for Venice centre,you arrive at a big bridge (ponte della libertà). At the traffic light you turn right direction Tronchetto and follow the signs to the Ferry Boat Lido. You get on the Ferry with your car and you will arrive the Lido in about 35 min. At Lido you get off with your car from the Ferry and you take the Riviera San Nicolo' on the right, you pass Santa Maria Elisabetta square (vaporetto boat stop) and you take for via Sandro Gallo. After about 250 mt you have to turn left into Via Lorenzo Marcello and after 150 mt you will find the hotel on the corner to Via Lepanto. BY TRAIN: take vaporetto line nr. 51 (or nr. 2 or nr. 1) to Lido BY AIRPLANE: take the Alilaguna boat to Lido
