At the end of the bridge that leads to Venice there is a road sign which tells
you "Tronchetto ferry-boat per il Lido".
The ferry leaves every 50 minutes and the trip takes 35 minutes. When driving
off the ferry then right and continue along the waters edge.
After approx 500 meters or 3 minutes drive, then left on Via Corfù – you’ll see
a church on the corner whe re you’ll nedd to turn - at the end of this street
on the left is the Hotel.
FROM THE RAILWAY STATION
: Every 10 minutes a boat gets to the Lido very quickly (in 35 minutes);
If you prefer a rather slower trip, the number 1 takes you along the fascinating
Grand Canal route. Upon exiting the vaporetto cross the street and walk down the

was built as a hotel during the 1930’s and was famous during the golden era of
Lido up to the 1950’s. It was completely rebuilt in 1985 and restored throughout
in 1998

By plane
On arrival at Venice Marco Polo Airport you will find a shuttle bus outside the terminal building, which goes directly to the docks. From there you can take the Alilaguna boat to Lido. This takes approximately 50 minutes.
If you prefer a faster journey, water taxis are available from the same stop. These take around 30 minutes.
From Treviso Airport there is a bus service ATVO which takes you to Venice Piazzale Roma. You can then take the boat line number 51 (green coloured sign) or 61 from Piazzale Roma to the Lido, which takes 30 minutes.

By car
Come off the A4 motorway and follow the directions for Venice centre. You will come to the Venice causeway and from there follow the directions indicating Ferry Boat Lido.
At the traffic lights turn right towards Tronchetto terminal and follow the signs to Ferry Boat Lido.
From this terminal you can take the car ferry to the Lido, which takes about 35 minutes and passes in front of Saint Mark's Square. On arrival at Lido disembark and follow our map.

By train
Arriving by train you come into Santa Lucia Station in Venice. From there take boat line number 51 (green coloured sign) and get off at the Lido. This ride takes approximately 35 minutes. Alternatively you can take line number 1 (line N after midnight) which goes down the Grand Canal, this ride takes longer and lasts 50 minutes.
Hotel Villa Pannonia is situated on the Venice Lido, just 300 m. from the boat station, Santa Maria Elisabetta.
The building dates back to the early 1900's and was used as a summer residence by noble East European families, who enjoyed the famous beaches of the Venice Lido.

BY CAR: You exit the A4 Motorway and take for Venice centre,you arrive at a big bridge (ponte della libertà). At the traffic light you turn right direction Tronchetto and follow the signs to the Ferry Boat Lido. You get on the Ferry with your car and you will arrive the Lido in about 35 min. At Lido you get off with your car from the Ferry and you take the Riviera San Nicolo' on the right, you pass Santa Maria Elisabetta square (vaporetto boat stop) and you take for via Sandro Gallo. After about 250 mt you have to turn left into Via Lorenzo Marcello and after 150 mt you will find the hotel on the corner to Via Lepanto.

Hotel Meridiana was build by Giuseppe Tramontin in the '30 years. The name is taken by the big meridiane in the front of the hotel that has an important artistic interest but is also important for the local people that in 1930 didn' t had a clock.
Initially defined as "Locanda", since the first years it was an important turistic structure with 35 rooms.
