All'Angelo Restaurant
The historic Restaurant All’Angelo, a few steps from St. Mark’s Square, has been recently restored and it is very famous for its XX century private art collection. The “Fronte Nuovo dell’Arte” artistic movement was born at our restaurant’s tables thank to Mrs Peggy Guggenheim and many painters such as Santomaso, Vedova, Guttuso, Pizzinati and others. Their paintings can still be seen on the walls of each room dedicated expecially to the artist.
We can organize lunch or dinner banquets in private rooms, located on the ground floor or on the first floor.
The Vedova Room can host from 40 to 80 people and it can be arranged in
two different ways: with square tables for 6/8 guests or with one
imperial table to seat everybody all together (max 44 people).
The Santomaso Room can host 20 to 55 people and it has got an adjoining
terrace where it is possible to enjoy our welcome cocktail, during the
summer months. In the Gischià – Amarillis Room we can accommodate from
20 to 45 people.
For more than 80 guests we can reserve our ground floor restaurant
rooms, which can seat up to 100/120 guests. We call them the Grandi
Maestri and Caminetto rooms; the Guggenheim Room has 26 seats and
Front-Bar Room seats 82.
